Thanks to its sumptuous terrace overlooking the Bonifato mountain circus, the restaurant's dining room is an ever-changing spectacle, whose colours change with the hours and the seasons. Delicate and harmonious, the cuisine is orchestrated by Francesco Casini, our chef. He has created a signature service for his guests, blending traditional hospitality with contemporary art de vivre.
From a selection of 800 wines, our head sommelier will help you discover unique cuvées, telling you all about the know-how of the winemakers and the history of the terroir that shapes the expression of the wine.
