The Bar Sinibaldi offers a varied menu and subtle nectars from the cellar of La Signoria: wines, champagne, cocktails with or without alcohol, a wide choice of whiskey, rum, calvados, cognac, liqueurs, brandies, Mariage Frères teas... In the evening, the terrace is the best place to admire the sunset over the Corsican mountains.
The bar is open every day of the week from April to November.
