DEPOSIT
Bookings are considered firm solely when accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the overall amount of the stay. Deposits are deducted at the of the stay agreed to.

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, deposits are not refunded.

MODIFICATION OF STAY
For any shortened stay or late arrival for which notice has been given less than one week prior to the scheduled start of the stay (for whatever cause), the entire amount of the stay is payable.

CHECK-IN
We will do everything possible to ensure that your room is ready as quickly as possible, however you should not plan on checking in before 2 p.m.

CHECK-OUT
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11 a.m.
For late departures, a luggage room and departure room are available.
