Cancellations<\/strong>
The total amount of the deposit will be retained in case of cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date.
In case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay is due.<\/p>

Deposit<\/strong>
Reservations are only considered firm when accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount for a stay of 3 days or more, and 100% of the total amount for a stay of less than 3 days. The deposit will be deducted at the end of the agreed stay.<\/p>

Change of stay<\/strong>
For any shortened stay or delayed arrival reported less than one week before the start of the stay, the deposit is due.<\/p>

Arrival time<\/strong>
We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible, but it should be noted that this will only be possible from 3 pm onwards. Please let us know in case of late arrival.<\/p>

Departure<\/strong>
Rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
