Imagination in the setting, invention in the plate.
The colorful lounges and their beautiful lights and paintings. Or the terrace with a view on the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi and the mountains. It is such a beautiful space that it would not be fair to save it only for the privileged residents. So, if you leave the quay of Calvi for an inside walk, join this delightful site, the distinguished lounge and this dreaming terrace for a delicious Corsican cuisine, made of actual flavors with our glorified products.
Attentive and welcoming service, a cave in tune with this simple atmosphere.
A distinguished and creative cuisine sublimating Corsican products.
The creativity of our meals is reflected in the colorful lounges and their beautiful lights and paintings. For lunch or for dinner, inside or on the terrace with an amazing view on the mountains, the Corsican products are cooked for you: lambs, Calvi fishes, scampis, oisters, vegetables from the garden… All cooked by a young and talented chief, Thomas d’Arcangelo who worked at l’Epuisette in Marseille and “Au Petit Nice” before working at la Signoria.
The restaurant « La Palmeraie », set in a building of the 18th century, proposes:
Our bistrot proposes simplified menus made with Corsican products for lunch or for dinner. La Signoria invites you to discover the restaurant of our partnered beach, la Signoria Mare
Three lounges and bars welcome our guests to refresh them: the bar of the swimming pool, the lounge bar abd the bar of the beach.
Menus inspired from the sumptuousness of Corsica.
